Do you want to work on slowly getting into yoga postures with proper alignment for you? Are you coming back from injury, surgery, or a period of inactivity? Then this class is YOUR class. We will gently work to restore flexibility, build up strength, and work on balance in a safe, caring environment. Bring a yoga mat, water, and an open nonjudgmental mind.
