Yoga Basics with Sue

Have you wanted to try yoga? Has a health care professional recommended yoga but you were concerned you might be too old or inflexible? Are you coming back from an injury, surgery, or an extended period of inactivity and you think a gentle yoga class might be just the thing?

Each class of Yoga Basics will start with centering, breathing, and warm-ups practiced in a chair. We will work on building up and restoring flexibility, strength, and balance from a standing position in a safe and caring way.

Wear comfortable, looser clothing, bring a yoga mat, and water, and an open non-judgmental mind. You will leave refreshed and centered.
